Since his initial foray into the scene he has traversed multiple genre's in both production and DJing unified by an emotional and melancholic musical energy. For the past 6 years he has delved into the worlds of techno, house, electro, IDM and breaks. His sets are comprised, almost exclusively, of vinyl with music sourced from record shops across the globe. His sets and productions are characterized by moody, groovy and explorative sounds taking place in the far left of field. In addition to production and DJing, Jack has become heavily involved in Calgary's burgeoning scene, throwing one offs and underground event series with various collaborators in unexpected venues with an aim to help diversify night culture in the city. He joined the excursions.fm team in 2017, connecting forward thinking artists and adventurous listeners across Canada through carefully curated podcasts.
